With regard to the working plan for the rest of the year, we are planning to hold the XVIII CADAM Technical Meeting, in the frame of the XXII CISS General Assembly that will be held between 23 and 26 October 2006 in Cancun, Mexico. Among the subject to deal with, we have to mention the incorporation of social services in this Commission (as it was part of the Triennial Plan), the presentation of the first project and document "Older Adult's Self-Care Manual".
 
Moreover, we will focus on the implementation in the region of the "Gerontologic Plan-Interamerican Framework"; and publish, together with the General Secretary, the recommendations enacted by the XX CISS General Assembly.
